We love to talk about decisions.
The moment we \u201cdecide\u201d to get healthier.\u00a0
The decision to finally lead our family with intention.
The decision to launch the business, grow in our leadership, rebuild the marriage, or say YES to God’s calling.

But here\u2019s the truth: God doesn\u2019t bless the decision – He blesses the action.

Too many of us are stuck between the decision and the move. We\u2019re inspired, convicted, ready – but still sitting still. We tell people we\u2019re “waiting on God,” but in reality – He’s waiting on us.

Here are 3 real-world examples that hit home:

1. The Organizational Dreamer: <\/strong>You decided to start your own business or organization. You prayed over it, maybe even named it. But the website\u2019s still not built. No EIN #. No sales calls made. God can\u2019t bless a brand you\u2019re too scared to bring to market.

2. The Parent Who Wants to Lead Stronger:<\/strong> You decided to be more intentional with your kids. Great! But where\u2019s the action? When was the last time you put your phone down, took them on a\u00a0date, and spoke life into them? Intentional parenting starts with intentional presence.

3. The Leader Who Said \u201cI\u2019m Done Playing Small\u201d:<\/strong> You decided this was your year to level up. To stop tolerating mediocrity and build a team that reflects your standards. But you’re still dodging hard conversations and justifying weak links. Excellence requires action. Period.

Here\u2019s the kicker: God multiplies what you move! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The loaves didn\u2019t multiply until they were handed out. The sea didn\u2019t part until Moses stepped forward. The walls didn\u2019t fall at Jericho until the march began!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call to action years ago at Atlas Outdoor…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we got serious about using software to track our jobs and routes, our operation was a mess… and I say that with love.

We made the decision to improve. We said we\u2019d \u201ceventually\u201d implement better systems. We talked about efficiency. We talked about communication. We talked about routing.

But that\u2019s all we did – talk!

Meanwhile, we were still handing out paper routes, crews mowing houses on the same street as another crew, sometimes even the same HOA. But with minimal coordination. Guys would call the office phone to ask what to do next because we hadn\u2019t taken action to give them the tools they needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back, it wasn\u2019t a lack of decision. We knew we needed systems and software. We\u2019d even demoed it. But knowing doesn\u2019t change anything. It wasn\u2019t until we took decisive action – committed to implementing it, trained the team, and made it our new normal – that things started to change!

Crews became more efficient. Communication got cleaner. Accountability went up.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And most importantly, we stopped wasting time, fuel, and energy doing things twice when we could\u2019ve done them right once.

That experience taught me a lesson I\u2019ll never forget: God doesn\u2019t bless the idea of a better operation – He blesses the obedience to build one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So let me ask you…

What\u2019s the last decision you made, but haven\u2019t followed through with action yet?

That unfinished thing? That half-committed goal? That dream that is sitting on the shelf?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
